Following an increased backlog of work, G&E Partners are working with a reputable GC operating in Las Vegas, NV. We're seeking a motivated Project Manager seeking to join the ranks of a growing company and battle their backlog of heavy highway, asphalt paving and site development projects.
The Position:
- Overseeing and expediting projects and crews.
- Liaison with clients to ensure exact specifications within a project are met.
- Manage and supervise budget controls, CPM, schedules,
- Proactively address any issues that may arise during a project.
- Conduct occasional field inspections.
- Occasionally estimate and oversee bids on new projects.
- Communicate with upper management and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar fields.
- Experience with Heavy civil construction projects - Roads, highways, dry utilities etc.
- Minimum 5 years of Project management experience.
- Familiar with managing schedules and budget controls.
- Estimating experience preferred.
